Event Rentals
The Pomeroy Center is home to hundreds of events each year, including weddings, birthdays, business meetings, baby showers, and school fundraisers. The Center’s versatile spaces include a Banquet Hall, Gymnasium, Classrooms, and conference rooms, making Pomeroy the perfect venue for many types of functions.
Our professional staff will work with you to ensure that your event is successful. On-site parking is available, and the Center is fully handicapped accessible.
All venue tours, on-site and phone call meetings are by appointment only. These can easily be arranged after you fill out the rental inquiry form below. We are excited to hear about your event!

Do you provide Security Guards?
Security guards are required for most events in the Main Hall. Typically 4-5 for a big event, for $240 each. This will be discussed in greater detail during the booking process.
Will I need Proof of Insurance?
Renters are required to provide proof of liability insurance and a valid insurance certificate in the amount of $1,000,000 in value, naming PRRC as additionally insured. Proof of Insurance is required for events in the Main Hall and Gym, and a third-party company does it, and it is ~$100. The renter is responsible at all times for the activities of their guests, vendors, uninvited guests, and all other people at the event.
How do I make payments?
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment, but please note that there is a 5% service charge.
Checks are also welcome, personal checks or cashier's checks.
Cash is not accepted.
The full payment and all paperwork are due two months prior to your event date.
Is there a security deposit?
There is a refundable security deposit of $1,000.

Does Pomeroy provide tablecloths/linens?
Renters are encouraged to bring their own tablecloths but can also be rented through us at $10/each. We offer rectangle and round black tablecloths, and our round tables are six ft. across, and our rectangular tables are eight ft. and 10 ft.
Does Pomeroy have tables and chairs I can rent?
Tables, chairs, microphones, and a podium are provided with your Main Hall room rental.
What are the AV requirements?
To connect to our speakers, we have a quarter-inch male audio plug.
You would need to bring an adapter for your phone or laptop. For example, if you have a new iPhone or Mac, you would need a quarter-inch male audio adapter to a lightning cable.
Our Main Hall is equipped with high-quality projector paint, and many of our classrooms have pull-down screens. Renters need to bring along their own projectors.
Is there kitchen access?
Use of the kitchen is included with a Main Hall rental. You will receive access to 3 ovens, a stovetop, an ice machine, large prep counters, a walk-in freezer, and a walk-in refrigerator. Renters/Caterers will need to bring all of their own pots/pans/utensils.
How do I know if I am confirmed?
Reservations for our facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your Main Hall booking is officially confirmed when we receive a signed copy of the contract and a $500 down payment.
What are your COVID guidelines?
Currently, there are no mask or vaccine requirements for events.
